Postage is with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. You will receive a tracking number once posted. 

For our 'made to order' products, please allow upto 10 days to be dispatched. 

When leaving us, our products are in great condition, unless sold otherwise, and we package our products up to avoid damage but once in the postal system we cannot guarantee that they will be handled carefully and that breakages may happen. It doesn't affect the quality of the melts but if you are not happy with this, then please don't order. 

During excessive heatwaves we will delay sending packages out, for obvious reasons. We will send out once temperature becomes cooler. Incase of this happening we will be in touch with you and keep you informed.
